Social Housing Kent

Background

We were approached by the client with an invitation to tender in 2008 with a view to uplifting their social housing communal areas and gardens. We carry out grounds maintenance holistically as standard practice and the client was keen to adopt this approach for their schemes. We began with a 3 year contract for the Faversham area which has, over time, expanded to other areas and from 2017 were awarded the current 10 year contract.

Project Description

JBL provides Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping, Arboricultuarl and Repair Services to Social Housing throughout Kent and parts of Sussex. We were awarded a  ‘Gold Award’ at the Kent County Show for show gardens working in association with Amicus Horizon (now Southern Housing) and Kent Wildlife Trust.
